The apartment is on the ground floor, you come into the house and immediately on the right the first door, there is the entrance to the apartment Wohnträumerei. The apartment is 35 square meters, with a large bed 160*200, a TV chair, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. If you go out of the floor-to-ceiling window, then turn left around the corner, there you will find the outdoor area with a comfortable seating area. Next to the floor-to-ceiling windows is the parking lot, where the landlord’s car is often parked. There is no fixed parking space, but you can park your car for free on Lenglerner Str or in a side street, then you have to walk a few meters to the apartment. To unload your suitcases, you can drive to the large parking lot, after which you have to park your car on the street. You can start your day with a delicious Nespresso coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment, including the outdoor/terrace seating and the seating for 2 in the kitchen area. The box spring bed in the apartment is 160*200 in size, cuddly and comfortable. From there you can watch the Smart TV well. In the kitchen area you will find a nice dining table for 2 people, where you can start the morning comfortably. Everything is there for 2 people. In the living/sleeping area, a comfortable armchair completes the overall picture. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and offers everything you need, from a Nesspresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and ceramic hob. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is bright and friendly. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo.

You live in Göttingen-Holtensen and it’s a 10-minute drive to the city center or you can take the bus directly, the bus stop is right in front of the house, so you can get to the center very easily. Göttingen has a very beautiful city center with many small shops. It’s really fun to stroll around here or to linger over a delicious coffee or an Aperol. In winter there is always an enchanting Christmas market and of course the Christmas market in Goslar is not that far away, highly recommended. The Satorius company is based in Göttingen, but also the Max Planck Institute, a well-known university and so much more. The large shopping center Göttinger Kauf Park with 60 specialist shops and 2000 free parking spaces is located near the apartment and can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The A 7 motorway is just 1 km away. It’s also not far to the Harz Mountains, nor to Kassel. You can do almost anything in Göttigen or the surrounding area.
